Judge upholds vote-rigging claims

It has been confirmed birmingham concil elections where rigged by Labour to get Labour councillors using the all postal voting system that Labour forced on them. Despite the all postal voting system being called 'wide open to fraud' and there being 'massive, systematic and organised fraud' it will not be changed at all for the general election.
